    Mychal has worked across the Keap ecosystem for over 10 years.

    His work with Keap’s top partners and as an instructor at Keap Academy allowed him to grow businesses for Keap’s most advanced users, as well as those who are “just getting started” on their small business journey.

    Wherever you are, Mychal is sure to be interested in what you are working on. He simply loves connecting with others who share an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Laura Sills

    Laura joined Keap in early 2021, but she was a Keap user and member of the community for over 4 years before that helping to scale a growing small business in New York City (and learning from all of the other folks you see on this page).

    Now leading the Keap Academy team, her love for small business, operations, and all things automation are used to create high impact educational content to serve the entire Keap Community and more. She also happens to be pretty decent behind the camera.

  • Greg Jenkins

    Greg Jenkins is a contributing member of the Keap Academy team, and the founder of Monkeypod Marketing, where he focuses on supporting entrepreneurs through online training and educational resources. He’s passionate about helping small businesses improve the way they use technology and automation to enrich the experience they create for their customers.

    Prior to Monkeypod, Greg worked at Keap as a curriculum developer and lead trainer for Infusionsoft University. In addition to small business and marketing automation, he loves hiking, traveling, cooking, and binging netflix. And also dogs, he really loves dogs.

  • Josh Metcalfe-Parsons

    Josh Metcalfe-Parsons joins Keap after 10 years as a customer and daily user of the platform. Before joining Keap he had a varied and unique work history; from running the oldest cigar lounge in Western Australia to delivering online education to over 150,000 students across Africa.

    Whatever he’s been doing he’s always been passionate about using lifecycle automation and teaching others how to create elegant, intentional experiences for the customers they serve.

    He is a passionate runner, food enthusiast, Minecraft expert and is weirdly good at Dance Dance Revolution.
