  • Who is this course for?

    If you ever feel you’re just not as efficient with Keap as you’d like to be, or you’re thinking “I must be missing something”, then this course is for you. We built it with newer Keap users in mind, but plenty of people who have been using Keap for a while (months or years even) are still finding this course valuable. If you feel like you didn’t start off on the right foot with Keap, then this course can give you the foundation you’re missing.

  • What topics are covered in this course?

    The Starter Kit courses cover a wide variety of features inside your Keap account. We'll cover basic navigation, adding and sorting contacts, organizing your database with tags and custom fields, sending broadcasts, and a number of other key concepts for maximizing the way you use Keap in your business. Then, if you want to dig deeper into certain topics (ecommerce, automations, etc) we'll recommend additional training that helps you further develop your confidence with those tools.
